The opportunity:
We are looking for a full-time Pharmacy Technician to join us at Epic Pharmacy based at St Stephen’s Hospital, you’ll make a daily difference to the lives of people in the local community. You’ll deliver exceptional pharmacy services for our client hospitals and their patients. And you’ll do it with an innovative, multidisciplinary team of connected, caring people.
This position is for a 12-month contract where you will join our Epic Pharmacy team based at the highly regarded St Stephen’s Hospital in Hervey Bay. Working within a fully integrated digital hospital, you will have a key focus in inventory management and providing pharmacy services to support the pharmacy including dispensing.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to start or advance their career in pharmacy.
In this role, you’ll:
  • Manage inventory
  • Assist with dispensing and supplying medication
  • Assist with delivering medications to hospital wards
  • Check and supply ward imprest stock
  • Assist with patient account enquiries
