Shannon brings almost 20 years’ experience to her role leading the delivery of people-related services at Icon Group.

Shannon has held a number of senior leadership roles in a Human Resources (HR) career spanning almost two decades. She has worked in Australia and internationally in sectors including healthcare, aged care and community services, aviation and telecommunications. Shannon has extensive experience in HR strategic partnering, organisational development, change management and culture transformation.

Shannon and the HR team deliver people-related services to Icon Group, including Recruitment, Learning and Development, Workplace Health, Safety and Wellbeing, Employee Relations and Organisational Development.

She is passionate about employee experience and organisational values and, with her team, aims to provide HR services that support our iconic people to deliver the best care possible to patients every day.

In addition to holding a Diploma in Human Resources Management, Shannon has a Bachelor of Education (Adult Education) and a Master of Education (Adult Education) from the University of Technology, Sydney.
