With a team of 25 dedicated professionals under your guidance, you’ll oversee Clinical Coding, Medical Transcription, Release of Information, and Health Information Management, driving excellence in every aspect.

• Strategic Influence: Collaborate with clinical leaders and IT to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance data management and streamline workflows.
• Privacy & Compliance: Serve as Icon’s Privacy Officer, playing a key role in safeguarding patient information and ensuring compliance with legal standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring excellence in all health information services.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives, ensuring top-notch data integrity and clinical coding accuracy.
• Coordinate critical data submissions, working with external partners and health funds.
• Oversee the design and management of medical record forms, aligning with industry standards.
• Manage information release requests and ensure timely, accurate transcription services.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: A Bachelor Degree in Health Science/Business (Health Administration - Health Information Management) and eligibility for HIMAA membership.
• Experience: Proven expertise in health information management at a senior level, particularly in clinical coding (ICD, AR-DRGs), form design, and auditing.
• Leadership: A strong track record of leading teams, driving quality and safety standards, and collaborating effectively with IT and clinical teams.
