Conal is an accomplished banker and finance professional with extensive healthcare experience. He has held several executive positions including CFO at Aurora Healthcare Australia, Healthe Care Australia and Luye Medical Group. He has also held the role of Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at Healius and Primary Health, and was Head of Healthcare, Consumer & Retail at Barclays (Australia) Limited.
In addition to his extensive healthcare knowledge, his strengths lie with dept capital markers and complex syndicates, as well as back-office integration within rapidly expanding businesses. Throughout his career, Conal has led several mergers and acquisitions and has advised leading international companies on financial strategy and private equity acquisitions.
Conal is a Chartered Financial Analysist (CFA), Chartered Accountant, and holds a Bachelor of Business Science (Hons) from the University of Cape Town and a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting.
