We’re on the lookout for a passionate and motivated Dispensary Technician to join our close-knit team at Slade Pharmacy, Kings Meadows. This permanent part-time position is your chance to contribute to the health and well-being of the local community while advancing your pharmacy career in a supportive and friendly environment.
About the Role
As a Dispensary Technician, you’ll work behind the dispensary counter, assisting our pharmacists with the preparation and dispensing of prescription medications. Your attention to detail and customer service skills will help ensure every patient receives the care and advice they need.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and dispense medications under pharmacist supervision.
- Accurately interpret and process prescriptions, ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards.
- Manage inventory, including stock control, ordering, and storage of medications.
- Provide friendly and helpful responses to customer inquiries.
- Assist with various pharmaceutical duties to support the pharmacy team.
