At Icon, we're known for our global impact in delivering exceptional cancer care.   Our story started in Australia and we're looking for an experienced General Manager - Revenue & Service Relationships to shape the future of our revenue cycle and strengthen critical partnerships here in the AU/NZ region.  This is a permanent full-time position based at our South Brisbane head office, and the opportunity exists due to an internal promotion.
  
What you'll do:

• Drive strategic revenue management - Oversee the full revenue cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Lead health fund negotiations - Secure competitive agreements and maintain strong contractual relationships.
• Champion change and innovation - Lead major projects including clinical systems upgrades, automation, and telehealth initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships - Engage with doctors and internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding service.
• Inspire high-performing teams - Provide leadership across billing, health information, privacy, and administration functions.

What we're looking for:

• Senior leadership experience in healthcare operations.
• Proven success in health fund contract negotiations.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical ability.
• Experience in managing large-scale projects and change initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business or Health Management (postgraduate desirable).
