What You’ll Do 
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing an array of print and digital assets from website, intranet and social media imagery to corporate print publications, posters, and flyers. You will need to have a portfolio that shows eye-catching and professional print and digital assets aligned with a company’s brand, mission and values; skills in video editing and animation highly will be regarded.

Reporting to the Creative & Brand Experience Lead, this position operates on a full-time, permanent basis at our head office in South Brisbane. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to develop and expand your skills, using your creative mindset in a positive, driven and supportive environment. Key responsibilities: 
  • Create engaging digital and print design aligned to Icon Group’s brand.
  • Support campaigns, patient education, publications, events and advertising.
  • Deliver contemporary, high‑impact creative across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Support marketing, events, social media and print production activities.
  • Maintain accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality

About You 
You love creating content and experimenting in design and multimedia creative tools. With qualifications in Graphic Design, you will have creative flair, be inspired by contemporary brand and design ideas, and be familiar with working within brand and style guidelines.
  
Essential requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in graphic design, visual communication, digital media, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in graphic design
  • Love working with people and great at nurturing relationships 
  • Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Familiar with Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Sound understanding of print and digital design principles
 
Desirable skills & experience:
  • Familiarity with brand governance and social media content creation
  • Professional experience in the healthcare industry
  • Some experience in video editing and animation (you don’t have to be an expert!)
