Icon Group, a global leader in integrated healthcare services, is seeking a dynamic Group Financial Controller to lead our financial reporting function with excellence and innovation.

About the Role
In this important leadership role, you will be at the heart of our financial operations—driving the delivery of accurate, timely, and insightful reporting to internal and external stakeholders. You’ll provide technical accounting leadership and champion continuous improvement in systems, controls, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and delivery of consolidated Group financial reports and Board reporting.
• Drive the development and implementation of accounting policies, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Collaborate across departments to enhance financial systems and reporting accuracy.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
• Partner with auditors, advisors, and key external stakeholders to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Accounting or Finance, with CPA/CA/CIMA qualification.
• 5+ years in a senior finance role within a large, multinational organisation.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS) and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proven leadership in financial reporting and compliance.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Big 4 audit experience and healthcare industry exposure are highly regarded.
