About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the Head of Commercial. This pivotal role is responsible for driving the business growth and operational excellence of our healthcare centre. You will lead both clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centric care while ensuring cost-effective and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Commercial and partnership
Strategic Partnerships - Collaborate with insurance providers, TPAs, and corporates to drive patient referrals.
- Market Expansion & Outreach - Target new patient segments: e.g., expatriates, corporate clients, chronic disease patients, wellness seekers.
- Service Diversification - Launch high-demand services: Enhance our value-added services: e.g., concierge care, teleconsultations, home visits, diagnostics.
- Digital Enablement - Collaborate with the Marketing Team to use CRM and marketing automation to nurture leads, re-engage lapsed patients, and personalise outreach, improve accessibility and convenience.
- Implement data analytics to identify high-value services and optimise marketing ROI.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, healthcare professionals, and external partners.
- Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
- Champion patient safety, service quality, and staff engagement across all levels.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost-control initiatives to ensure financial sustainability.
- Analyse performance data to inform strategic decisions and operational enhancements.
- Collaborate with finance and executive teams to align operational goals with broader organisational objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in healthcare or clinic management and operations, commercial and partnerships.
- Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary teams and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, patient care standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
