About the Role
At Slade Pharmacy Wesley, you’ll work closely with Clinicians, Nurses, and Technicians, manage specialised medications, and play a key role in patient care from diagnosis through to treatment and recovery. It’s a career move that’s not just a step forward - it’s a leap into a more professional, specialised, and impactful future.
  
Responsibilities
  • Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products
  • Coordinate patient medication requirements for inpatient stay, day infusions and discharge
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service to clients and patients
  • Support patients, carers, hospital staff and associated employees
  • Educate and advise staff and customers on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection and the proper use of medicines
  
  
About You

Essential Requirements
  • General registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions on practice.
  • Australian working rights, valid for at least the duration of the contract. Minimum 12-month working rights required for permanent roles.
  • Personal Indemnity insurance.
Desirable Skills & Experience
  • Background in hospital pharmacy.
  • Experience in clinical pharmacy.
