What You’ll Do
As a Senior Service Desk Analyst, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality IT support across the organisation. You’ll act as an escalation point for complex issues, support team members, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  
You’ll be guided by experienced leaders and work in a collaborative environment that values service excellence and improvement. This role offers the opportunity to develop your technical and leadership skills while making a meaningful impact.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced technical support for incidents and service requests 
  • Be the team escalation point ensuring high-quality service delivery   
  • Collaborate with other IT teams ensuring timely resolution of complex issues 
  • Assist with onboarding and mentoring of team members 
  • Manage high priority incidents and be part of our Service Desk on-call group 
  • Contribute to IT projects and initiatives aimed at improving Service Desk operations and support 
  • Act as the second in charge (2IC) to the IT Service Desk Team Leader
  
What You’ll Bring
A passion and dedication for service and support, strong interpersonal skills, capability to prioritise work, and a proactive mindset are key. Previous experience in a senior IT support role within a corporate environment will be highly regarded.
  
Essential Requirements
  • Permanent Australian working rights.
  • Working knowledge of common IT hardware, software and applications used within a corporate (and ideally healthcare) environment.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and IT service management tools.
  
Desirable Skills & Experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or related fields.
  • Relevant experience in the healthcare industry.
