Experience in a medical setting is preferred, along with strong communication skills and a commitment to exceptional patient care.

Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in a hospital, medical practice, or day procedure reception (electronic practice management systems experience highly desirable)
  • Strong understanding of medical reception, radiation oncology, or inpatient services
  • Ability to manage time efficiently, work independently, and collaborate with a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, especially in sensitive situations
  • Competence with Windows-based programs such as Email and Word
  • Basic knowledge of medical billing and health insurance claims (Medicare, Private Health Insurance, and DVA)
