This role is ideal for individuals with strong oncology administrative experience (such as PSA or PSE). The role encompasses providing excellent patient care (non-clinical) at our cancer centre and requires excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with patients and doctors.

Responsible for:

• Liaison with patients and their family members on appointments with the doctors and other associated diagnostic services.
• Assist patients with registrations, billings and insurance claims enquiries.
• Verification of patients’ information into the Clinic system.
• Provide assistance on private health insurance coverage and Medisave requirements to ensure claims process is in order.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare industry.
• Pro-active to patients’ needs and able to communicate effectively and work effectively with others in the team to accomplish the goals of the team and the organisation.
