Newly Registered & Community Pharmacists

About the Role
In this hands-on clinical pharmacy role, you'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support patient care. This is an excellent opportunity to refine your skills and gain valuable experience that can open doors to future career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products.
- Coordinate patient medication requirements for inpatient stay, discharge and day appointments.
- Conduct medication chart reviews and medication reconciliation.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
- Support and educate patients, carers, hospital staff on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection and the proper use of medicines.
Pharmacy Operating Hours
Monday to Friday: 09:00am – 05:00pm
Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed
About You

- Current AHPRA General Registration as a Pharmacist.
