Icon Cancer Centre is seeking an experienced and engaging Project Trainer to support the national rollout and adoption of Heidi AI, an innovative clinical documentation solution designed to enhance the way healthcare professionals create clinical notes and correspondence.
  
This dedicated project role will play a critical part in ensuring successful implementation across more than 50 Icon Cancer Centre sites nationally. You'll work directly with doctors, administration teams and operational leaders, delivering training, coaching and hands-on support that drives confidence, capability and adoption.

About the Role
As the Project Trainer, you will be the frontline ambassador for the Heidi AI implementation project, delivering onsite and virtual training across metropolitan, regional and remote locations throughout Australia.
  
You will support users through change, provide practical workflow guidance and help ensure teams successfully embed new technology into their day-to-day operations.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging face-to-face and virtual training sessions
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and support to doctors and healthcare teams
  • Conduct workflow demonstrations and practical learning activities
  • Support implementation and go-live activities across multiple sites
  • Identify and address training gaps, barriers and adoption challenges
  • Build strong relationships with clinical, administrative and operational stakeholders
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of training materials and user guides
  • Monitor training outcomes and provide feedback to project stakeholders
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and implementation best practice
  • Act as a trusted point of contact during site deployments  
About You
You are a confident trainer and facilitator who can quickly build credibility with a wide range of stakeholders. You enjoy working independently, are highly organised and can adapt your approach to suit different learning styles and environments.
  
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrated experience delivering training, coaching or education programs
  • Experience working within healthcare administration, medical practice, hospital or healthcare operations environments
  • Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills
  • Proven ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Experience managing competing priorities and working autonomously
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capability
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout Australia
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence  
Highly Regarded
  • Experience with Heidi AI
  • Experience with iMedX and/or Mozart systems
  • Experience implementing healthcare technology solutions
  • Knowledge of specialist practice workflows and clinical correspondence processes
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent experience
  • Change management or project implementation experience  
Travel Requirements
This is a highly mobile role and will involve:
  • Frequent interstate travel throughout the project
  • Regular overnight stays and time away from home
  • Travel to metropolitan, regional and remote locations
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project schedules and priorities
