About the Role
We’re excited to be able to offer this full-time position at Icon Cancer Centre Wesley which is funded for a two-year duration.  The newly appointed Cellular Therapies Coordinator will lead the coordination and governance of our stem cell transplantation and immune effector cell (CAR-T) therapy programs. This role is central to ensuring safe, evidence-based, and compassionate care for patients undergoing advanced cellular therapies.

Reporting to the Site Manager (Operational) and Stem Cell Director (Clinical), you’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, VMOs, site managers, and our research team to:
  • Lead the cellular therapies program development and maintenance
  • Support clinical trials and research integration
  • Lead the coordination of quality improvement initiatives, data reporting and ensure alignment with international accreditation benchmarks (JACIE/FACT/NATA)
  • Develop patient education resources and clinical documentation
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Postgraduate qualification in nursing (Masters desirable)
  • Experience in stem cell transplantation and oncology nursing
  • Advanced clinical knowledge and leadership skills
  • A passion for research, quality, and patient-centred care
