Charge Radiation Therapist

Opportunity Snapshot
Icon Cancer Centre Midland | Permanent Full-Time | 9-Day Fortnight
Icon Cancer Centre Midland is expanding, and with that growth comes an opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Charge Radiation Therapist to step into a key senior leadership role within our clinical leadership team.

An insight- Who is Icon Cancer Centre Midland?
Established in 2017, Icon Midland has experienced exponential growth as a result of local population expansion coupled with state and local government, private commercial and residential developments spanning as far as regional WA into Northam and the surrounds. Co-located in a healthcare precinct directly opposite SJOG Midland public and private hospitals, Icon Cancer Centre Midland will continue to experience this growth trajectory for the foreseeable future.

Facilitating this exponential growth is attributed to the genuinely collaborative relationships that exist within and outside the service including our fellow healthcare partners/agencies. Led by clinicians with deep experience in the oncology sector, top down the culture is authentic and passionate where we are clear on our goals, generous with trust and practical about action. There is no micro-managing- we recruit to team fit and the ability of a prospective team member to lead with the same mindset. We move fast, where excellence is the standard. We aim high and have been acknowledged accordingly. Opportunities to commission first in the Southern Hemisphere technology has put Icon Midland on the map not to mention opened professional doors for our clinicians beyond their expectations. The service is led in a way where the Icon values of energy, nurturing, purpose, connection and innovation are evidenced in everything we do.
