The opportunity:
Join us on a permanent full-time basis at the highly regarded Epworth Hospital in Richmond where you will be an integral part of our fast-paced admin team. You will be the first point of contact for our hospital colleagues and provide administrative support to our retail and hospital pharmacy teams, patients, and customers. Your days will be varied, interesting and fast-paced, providing customer service and admin support to the hospital and community pharmacy teams.
- Be the first point of contact for patients, hospital, and pharmacy staff
- Taking orders and managing the central inbox
- Book patients for consultations and appointments with our pharmacists
- Data entry and collection, document storage
- Update patient lists and preparation for clinical sessions
- Assist with ad-hoc pharmacy administration
- Assist with patient-facing pharmacy assistant duties including, but not limited to, the sale of S2 & S3 medications, scripts in/out, retail sales and other pharmacy assistant duties
