We’re now seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our Mt Waverley team to support our growing compounding operations.

About the Role
As the Finance Manager for Compounding, you will:

• Deliver all aspects of the accounting function, ensuring accurate, timely month‑end and year‑end reporting.
• Oversee financial governance, internal controls, and divisional general ledger integrity.
• Partner with operational leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, KPI analysis, and financial modelling.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy across accounting workflows.
• Lead audit activities with external advisors, ensuring compliance with evolving financial regulations.

About You
You will bring:

• A degree in Accounting/Finance and CPA/CA/CIMA qualification.
• 4+ years post‑qualification experience plus at least 2 years’ people leadership experience.
• Strong technical accounting capability, ideally with IFRS expertise.
• Excellent analytical skills and an ability to communicate financial insights to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in healthcare, manufacturing, or a Big 4 environment (highly regarded).
• A proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

This is a permanent full-time position, based at our Mt Waverley office - a key hub for our national compounding operations.
