What You’ll Do
You’ll deliver clinical pharmacy services, support patient care, and collaborate closely with an experienced multidisciplinary team. This supportive environment will allow you to sharpen your clinical skills and grow in confidence as a healthcare professional.

Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient clinical pharmacy services to inpatients or outpatients.
  • Conduct pharmaceutical admission and discharge reconciliations, monitor medication outcomes, such as therapeutic drug monitoring, to ensure quality use of medicine is upheld.
  • Work cooperatively and effectively within a multidisciplinary team and provide advice regarding patient care.

Essential Requirements
  • General registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions on practice.
  • Australian working rights, valid for at least 12-month from start of employment.
  • Personal Indemnity insurance.
  • Availability to work weekend shifts.

  • Prior experience working in a Hospital Pharmacy setting
