What You’ll Do
As our Learning Experience Designer, you’ll play a key role in building capability and clinical excellence across our organisation. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts, operational leaders, and frontline teams to design learning that’s practical, engaging, and aligned with real-world pharmacy practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop engaging learning materials (eLearning, videos, guides, workshops) tailored to pharmacy operations and clinical practice.
  • Partner with pharmacists, technicians, and operational leaders to identify learning needs and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Leverage instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create content that is accessible, relevant, and measurable.
  • Support the rollout of learning programs across multiple sites, ensuring consistency and alignment with Slade’s standards.
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve content based on feedback and performance data.
  
What You’ll Bring
To thrive in this role, you’re someone who combines creativity with strategic thinking; being able to craft learning experiences that resonate with diverse audiences across pharmacy settings. You’ll bring a collaborative mindset, a strong grasp of adult learning principles, and the ability to translate technical content into clear, engaging formats.
  
Essential Requirements
  • Proven experience in instructional design, learning development, or education - ideally within healthcare or pharmacy.
  • Strong storytelling and visual communication skills, with proficiency in tools such as Articulate, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for improving healthcare outcomes through education and capability building.

  • Background in the Pharmacy or Healthcare industry
