About the Role
As our Medical Administration Officer, you will be part of the welcoming face of our centre. You will provide administration, reception and secretarial support to ensure patients receive seamless, timely and compassionate care. This casual role works Monday to Friday within business hours and reports to the Administration Manager.
  
Your key responsibilities
  • Welcoming patients and entering accurate personal details
  • Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
  • Responding to phone calls and general enquiries
  • Processing billing and Medicare information
  • Monitoring administrative steps in each patient’s care journey
  • Maintaining patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Supporting our WHS Officers and committees
  • Living and promoting Icon’s vision and values in your daily work
