As a Medical Receptionist / Administration Officer, you’ll do more than greet patients - you’ll be a key part of a team that delivers hope and care every day. Your empathy and professionalism will help create a smooth, reassuring experience for patients on their cancer journey, while you support clinical teams and act as a vital link between Radiation and Medical Oncology units across our Adelaide centres.

What You’ll Do
- Doctor and Patient Liaison between Medical Oncology and Radiation Oncology
- Coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-ups with care and precision
- Manage billing and correspondence with professionalism
- Support doctors’ clinics and maintain accurate records
- Be a reliable and friendly voice on the phone, helping patients feel supported
- A compassionate and motivated individual with a passion for patient care
- Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail
- Previous experience in medical reception or administration (Genie/Gentu knowledge a plus)
- A team player who brings positivity and professionalism to every interaction
