We are seeking a full-time Pharmacist to join our supportive and collaborative team at Slade Pharmacy, based at St. Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to oncology patients in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Accurately dispense and review medications for oncology patients, ensuring safety, efficacy, and optimal therapeutic outcomes.
  • Conduct clinical assessments, monitor drug therapy, and make appropriate recommendations based on patients' needs and response to treatment.
  • Offer counselling to patients and caregivers on medication usage, potential side effects, and adherence to treatment plans.
  • Participate in structured training to gain the skills necessary to provide high-level advice and care within an oncology setting.
About You
You’re a pharmacist ready to take the next step, whether that’s transitioning from Community to Clinical Pharmacy, or deepening your hospital experience by specialising in Oncology.

Eligibility Requirements
  • Australian working rights, valid for at least 15-months.
  • Current AHPRA general registration.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Hospital Pharmacy OR 2 years of experience in Community Pharmacy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and manage interactions with doctors and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Experience in Oncology Pharmacy.
