What You’ll Do
You’ll deliver clinical pharmacy services, support patient care, and collaborate closely with an experienced multidisciplinary team. This supportive environment will allow you to sharpen your clinical skills and grow in confidence as a healthcare professional.
Responsibilities
- Provide efficient clinical pharmacy services to inpatients and/or outpatients.
- Conduct pharmaceutical admission and discharge reconciliations, monitor medication outcomes such, as therapeutic drug monitoring, to ensure quality use of medicine is upheld.
- Work cooperatively and effectively within a multidisciplinary team and provide advice regarding patient care.

- Tuesday to Friday, 3:30pm – 8pm.
What You’ll Bring
You’re an experienced Pharmacist with a solid foundation in pharmacy practice and are now looking to grow your clinical expertise in a hospital setting.
Essential Requirements
- General registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions on practice.
- Minimum 3-years’ experience in community pharmacy OR 2-years’ experience in hospital pharmacy.
- Permanent Australian working rights
- Personal Indemnity insurance.

- Prior experience working in a Hospital Pharmacy setting
