About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail / IVF Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Slade Pharmacy Richmond. This role is ideal for someone passionate about patient care and keen to develop skills in a dynamic retail pharmacy environment that also supports IVF and compounding services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with outpatient prescriptions and general pharmacy queries
• Dispensing IVF medications and supporting fertility services
• Compounding medication dispensing
• Dose Administration Aid (DAA) packing and preparation
• Maintaining stock and inventory levels
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and carers

About You
You are a motivated and customer-focused pharmacy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with experience in community pharmacy and a desire to expand your skills in IVF and compounding. We value a can-do attitude, strong problem-solving ability, and excellent triaging and prioritisation skills, along with communication, organisation, and attention to detail.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience dispensing medications in an Australian community pharmacy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team
• Full availability across rostered hours (8am–7pm, Monday to Friday, plus occasional weekend flexibility)
• Australian working rights

Desirable:

• Certificate III or IV in Community Pharmacy (Dispensary Technician)
• Previous experience with IVF or compounding (training provided)
