As part of our Transformation & Change Office, we’re looking for a Transformation Project Manager to lead and deliver projects that drive operational excellence and digital innovation. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned to our Full Potential Plan.

- Based at Icon Group Head Office in South Brisbane (with some WFH flexibility)

About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Transformation, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across our cancer centres, pharmacy and compounding divisions, research teams and core services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Plan, execute and oversee transformation projects from initiation to completion
- Track and monitor progress of initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Provide timely updates and escalate risks to enable informed decision-making
- Maintain oversight of the EPMO master project plan and ensure integration across workstreams
- Analyse business performance data to inform strategic decisions and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to produce financial models, evaluate investment opportunities and forecast returns
- Establish and maintain reporting schedules, prepare governance packs and deliver insightful commentary for senior leadership
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional who brings:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management or business analysis roles
- Strong understanding of project and change management methodologies
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results within defined timelines
- Advanced MS Office skills and familiarity with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Teams, SharePoint)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making
Highly regarded:
- Bachelor-level qualification in Business, Finance or IT
- Experience in health, clinical systems or transformation projects
