About the Role
This role is a permanent part-time position. You will be based onsite at the Hollywood Private Hospital in Nedlands, with onsite paid parking.
  
Hospital Pharmacy offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where precision and collaboration are key, and your decisions will have a direct impact on the treatment outcomes of patients.
  
Responsibilities

• Conduct medication chart reviews and medication reconciliation.
• Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products.
• Coordinate patient medication requirements for inpatient stay, day infusions and discharge.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service to clients and patients.
• Support patients, carers, hospital staff and associated employees.
• Educate and advise staff and customers on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection and the proper use of medicines.

• Every Saturday: 7:30am – 2:00pm

About You
You are a Pharmacist who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative clinical environment and brings a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a patient-centred mindset. In this specialised setting, high-pressure situations are not uncommon, so strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise effectively are essential.
  
Essential Requirements

• General pharmacist registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions on practice
• Minimum 1 years’ Pharmacist experience in Australia
• Australian working rights, valid for at least 12-months
• Ability to commit to working advertised shifts
