As a Medical Receptionist / Administration Officer, you’ll be more than just the first point of contact—you’ll be a vital part of a team that delivers hope and care. What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients and ensure their details are accurately recorded
- Coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-ups with care and precision
- Manage billing and correspondence with professionalism
- Support doctors’ clinics and maintain accurate records
- Be a reliable and friendly voice on the phone, helping patients feel supported
- A compassionate and motivated individual with a passion for patient care
- Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail
- Previous experience in medical reception or administration
- A team player who brings positivity and professionalism to every interaction
