The Opportunity
Reporting to the ANZ Validation and Facilities Manager, the Project Manager will take ownership of the end to end delivery of their allocated projects. They will engage with the business and deliver project updates and assist in driving key decision-making processes across Slade Health. The Project Manager will be required to engage with and manage vendor relationships relevant to the projects they are managing, and will be required to lead project resources towards the successful delivery of their projects. They will ensure risks and issues are identified and managed, and projects are executed on time, in scope and to budget.
The role is offered on full-time permanent basis working Monday to Friday between the hours of 9AM – 5PM at any of our Slade Health sites (Geebung in QLD, Mount Kuring-gai in NSW, Mount Waverly in VIC, Woodville in SA or Avondale in NZ). Some weekend work and overtime may be required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the management of projects, ensuring projects are resourced effectively, and are adhering to scope, time and budget.
  • Lead project teams, allocate tasks and drive projects through agreed milestones.
  • Perform effective risk and issue planning and management, and ensure adherence to relevant risk management practices within Slade Health.
  • Create, maintain and manage a strong suite of project documentation, ensuring project metrics are up to date and accurate.
  • Drive collaborative partnerships within the organisation to create business outcomes and achieve objectives for Slade Health.
  • Effectively communicate with key stakeholders to ensure they remain engaged throughout the life of the project.
  • Provide input to budget setting and review expenditure against budget to ensure that outcomes are achieved and maintained at or better than planned levels.
  • Make sure that all processes, documents, and activities are compliant with current internal and external guidelines and regulations.
  
About You
  • Diploma, Certificate, or Degree in Project Management or similar, desirable
  • Advanced Project and Program Management
  • Advanced senior finance accounting
  • Reporting and analytics experience (powerBI Preferred)
  • Experience in managing projects (5 years)
  • Understanding of clinical systems used in compounding and cancer care services is highly regarded
  • Highly effective collaborative problem-solving skills
  • A team player; demonstrated ability to effectively work with individuals throughout the organisation
