About the Role
Take the next step in your pharmacy career with a permanent full-time Rotational Hospital Pharmacist position at Slade Pharmacy. Working across a network of hospitals throughout Melbourne and regional Victoria, you'll gain exposure to a wide range of clinical environments, patient groups, and specialty services while building your expertise in operational, clinical, and hospital pharmacy. No two assignments are the same, giving you the opportunity to continually learn, develop new skills, and gain experiences that would typically take years to acquire in a single-site role.

You'll be supported by experienced pharmacy leaders and multidisciplinary healthcare teams, with comprehensive training provided to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pharmacist coverage across multiple Slade Pharmacy hospital locations.
• Deliver clinical pharmacy services, including medication reviews, reconciliations, and patient counselling.
• Dispense and supply inpatient, outpatient, and discharge medications.
• Collaborate with medical, nursing, and allied health teams to optimise patient outcomes.
• Support patients, carers, and healthcare professionals with medication-related advice and education.
• Contribute to the delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-centred pharmacy services across the network.

About You
You are an adaptable Pharmacist who possess strong communication, interpersonal skills, the ability to work autonomously prioritise workload to deliver the best possible care to patients.

Key Requirements:

• Be a current AHPRA registered pharmacist or a Pharmacy intern awaiting general registration from AHPRA.
• Dispensing experience in an Australian based hospital or community pharmacy.
• Must hold a current valid Australian drivers licence and roadworthy vehicle.
• Strong knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS).
• Value attention to detail and able to work autonomously.

Hospital experience is not required, as structured training will be provided for you to succeed in the role! Community and newly registered (or soon to be registered) pharmacists are encouraged to apply.
