Job Description - Staff Nurse
 
We're looking for a Staff Nurse who are passionate about the healthcare sector and wants to play a part in making a difference in the lives of patients.
This role is responsible for providing an advanced level of patient-centered nursing care by:

• Utilizing clinical skill, experience and education and to deliver timely, safe, evidence-based patient-centered clinical care in order to achieve optimal clinical outcomes and an exceptional patient experience
• Coordinating and evaluating patient care activities within a best practice framework

Other Responsibilities:

• Ensure a comprehensive health assessment of patients
• Promote continuity of care to enhance quality patient-centered care and patient experience
• Plan and implement patient care and monitor/manage acute and chronic treatment toxicity
• Educate and support patient/family/carer throughout continuum of care
• Act as patient advocate in relation to patients' rights/knowledge/privacy
• Ensure documentation is aligned with current legislation requirements
• Ensure care is delivered according to protocols

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field with preferably 1-2 years experience in day oncology nursing
• Certificate issued by SNB
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent
