This is a centralised role that will see you interacting with leaders across a range of roles and locations, supporting them by:
- Creating recruitment sourcing strategies across multiple channels
- Drafting and posting job advertisements
- Reviewing and phone screening candidates
- Submitting short lists to managers
- Arranging online reference checks
- Providing advice and guidance on how to conduct effective recruitment processes
