Working under the guidance of the Health Informatics Pharmacist Lead, you will translate business needs into functional requirements and support the continuous development and optimisation of our pharmacy software, with a strong focus on enhancing internally developed systems rather than off-the-shelf solutions.

Business analysis & delivery:
  • Lead the definition and documentation of functional and system requirements for enhancements across pharmacy software systems.

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a healthcare environment.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, ideally within pharmacy or medication management.

  • Proven experience acting as a Scrum Master or facilitating Agile delivery teams
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
