What You’ll Do
In this role, you will provide hands-on clinical pharmacy services, support patient care, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team. It’s the perfect environment to sharpen your skills and gain experience that can open doors to future opportunities within our network.
  
Key responsibilities:
  • Dispense and distribute medications efficiently and accurately.
  • Conduct therapeutic drug monitoring and manage medication outcomes and adverse drug reactions.
  • Provide medication counselling and education to patients.
  • Deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services within a hospital setting.
  • Conduct medication history interviews, medication reconciliation, and pharmaceutical reviews at transfers of care.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care.
  • Contribute to training and education for pharmacy, nursing, medical, and allied health staff.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives such as audits, projects, and working groups.
  
Shift information:
  • One fixed shift every week: 08:00am to 04:00pm.
  • Negotiable shift day, with preference for Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
  
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. While hospital pharmacy experience is highly valued, it’s not essential as full training will be provided to aid your transition into this new space.
  
Eligibility requirements:
  • Australian working rights, valid for at least 12-months from date of employment
  • Pharmacist registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions on practice.
  • Personal indemnity insurance.
