What You’ll Do
Hospital Pharmacist
This role is ideal for building clinical capability while gaining hospital experience. Working across both dispensary and clinical services, you’ll:
  • Conduct medication chart reviews and reconciliation
  • Dispense and supply medications
  • Coordinate medication management for inpatient stays, day infusions and discharge
  • Support patients, carers, and hospital staff
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Pharmacist-in-Charge
This role suits a confident pharmacist ready to step into or further develop leadership responsibility. In addition to clinical and dispensary duties, you will:
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy
  • Work autonomously as the primary pharmacist on site
  • Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant pharmacy service delivery
  • Build strong relationships with hospital stakeholders and medical teams
  • Provide guidance and oversight to pharmacy technicians (and pharmacists where applicable)
  • Contribute to service improvements and uphold governance standards

What You’ll Bring
You’re an adaptable pharmacist with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who’s comfortable working independently and prioritising workload to deliver safe, high‑quality care.

Essential requirements:
  • Australian working rights, valid for the duration of the contract.
  • Unrestricted AHPRA general registration as a Pharmacist
  • Strong knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously
