About the Role
This rotational position provides exposure to a variety of clinical and operational pharmacy activities, supporting ongoing professional development and broad hospital pharmacy experience. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimise medication management and support positive patient outcomes across a range of clinical settings.
  
Responsibilities:

• Conduct medication chart reviews and medication reconciliation
• Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products
• Coordinate patient medication requirements for inpatient stays, day infusions and discharge
• Provide medication-related support and education to patients, carers and hospital staff.

  
What You’ll Bring
We're looking for pharmacists who are patient-focused, collaborative, and excited by the opportunity to contribute to a growing hospital pharmacy service. As a member of the foundation team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, influence processes, and help shape the future direction of the pharmacy service.
  
Essential requirements:

• Current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist.
• Minimum 3 years’ pharmacist practice experience.
• Valid Australian working rights.

  
Desirable skills & experience:

• Prior experience working in a hospital pharmacy setting
