About the Role
This casual opportunity is ideal for Pharmacy Students eager to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world hospital environment, as well as Pharmacy Technicians seeking flexible weekday work.

Key responsibilities:

• Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products.
• Delivery of medications to hospital wards.
• Process sales transactions and assist with account queries.
• Ensure patients and nursing staff receive the correct medication.
• Support patients, carers, hospital staff and associated employees.

  
The casual arrangement offers flexibility to work shifts that suit your schedule. Typical shifts on offer are as follows:
  

• Monday & Tuesday: 7:30am-1:30pm
• Thursday & Friday: 3:30pm-8:00pm
• Weekend shifts: Available on occasion

  
About You
Whether you’re a Pharmacy Technician looking to transition into hospital pharmacy or a Pharmacy Student keen to gain early experience – we welcome you to apply!
  
Essential requirements:

• Pharmacy dispensing experience or current enrolment in pharmacy studies at a recognised Australian university
• Full Australian working rights (minimum 12 months validity)
• Availability to work the majority of advertised shifts

  
Desirable skills and experience:

• Dispensary Technician Certificate or equivalent as recognised by the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
