Injury Management Specialist

Working with a dynamic group of teams that span hospital pharmacies, cancer centres and our Slade Health pharmaceutical compounding (production) across APAC, you will provide guidance and support to stakeholders who are passionate about providing the best patient care and have a strong sense of purpose and pride in making a difference.

The role: Based in our South Brisbane office and reporting to the Head of WHS&W, this role is about more than claims management. It is an opportunity to partner with leaders across the business to support recovery at work outcomes, drive early intervention initiatives and contribute to a proactive approach to employee wellbeing. Including:
- Manage workers compensation and injury management processes across multiple jurisdictions
- Support injured employees and leaders through recovery and return-to-work planning
- Partner with insurers, rehabilitation providers and treating practitioners
- Identify injury trends and contribute to prevention initiatives
- Provide practical advice and support to leaders across the business
- Experience in injury management, workers compensation or return-to-work coordination
- Strong knowledge of Australian workers compensation legislation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach
