We are now seeking a passionate and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our dedicated nursing team across our day hospital department for the duration of 12 months.

This pivotal leadership position at our high-performance Wesley centre will see you championing excellence in clinical care while fostering a positive and supportive work environment. Reporting to our on-site Site Manager, you will lead by example, ensuring outstanding patient care, staff development, and continuous service improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong clinical leadership and support the nursing team.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and collaboration.
- Ensure the highest standard of patient care, focusing on safety, quality, and patient experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders.
- Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, training, and staff development, empowering your team to thrive.
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager who is passionate about patient care and team development. You’ll thrive in a leadership role, supporting your team to grow and succeed.
Skills & Experience:
- AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 5 years post-graduation experience, with extensive oncology nursing expertise.
- Relevant post-graduate qualification (or working towards one), such as a management qualification.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a nursing team, with a focus on professional growth and service excellence.
- Experience in healthcare business operations, including financial and resource management (preferred).
