- Deliver Exceptional Patient Care with Cutting-Edge Technology- Varian TrueBeam w/ Identify, WoMed Superficial Unit, Siemens Go.Sim CT, Eclipse Planning, ARIA IOS; and Therapy Techniques: Stereotactic, DIBH, IMRT, VMAT.

We’re excited to offer a new opportunity for a Radiation Therapist to join our expanding team at Concord. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality radiation therapy planning and treatment in accordance with prescriptions from a Radiation Oncologist. Reporting to the Clinical Lead Radiation Therapist, this is a 12-month, full-time contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, patient-focused radiation therapy planning and treatment services that meet all relevant safety and quality standards.
- Uphold exceptional standards of patient care and continuously improve service quality and patient experience.
- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure timely and comprehensive patient care.
- Demonstrate respect, dignity, and equality in all interactions with patients and their carers.
- Contribute to a high-performance culture that prioritises patient-centred care through teamwork and collaboration.
You’ll join a dynamic, innovative team committed to advancing cutting-edge radiation therapy techniques. We’re seeking someone enthusiastic, motivated, and adaptable, who thrives in a supportive environment.
Applications from newly graduated and early career RTs welcomed. Previous experience in radiation therapy planning is highly desirable but not essential.
Skills & Experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and confidence with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven commitment to delivering high-quality radiation therapy services.
- Ability to follow clinical protocols and procedures with precision.
- Understanding of private healthcare service delivery models.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Current AHPRA Radiation Therapist registration and NSW Radiation User Licence (or eligibility to obtain).
