  • Standard hours are 8.00AM – 4.00PM with some after hours and weekend work occasionally required. Some flexibility in starting and finish time is available.

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Site Quality Manager to join our innovative and dynamic team based at our Geebung site. Reporting to the Head of Quality, the site Quality Manager is responsible for the compliance to regulatory requirements and the Slade Health Quality Management Systems including
  • Overall responsibility for release of compounded products.
  • Leading a team of experienced site quality professionals.
  • Management and approval of non-conformance, deviation, and complaints
  • Management and approval of risk assessment, CAPA and change controls
  • Review and approval of validation activities
  • Environmental monitoring program including sterility assurance
  • Meeting or exceeding all relevant regulatory requirements
  • Leading internal and external audit programs
  • Establishing departmental objectives
What we are looking for:

The successful applicant will have:
  • A degree in a relevant Scientific or Engineering discipline (e.g. Pharmacy / Science)
  • Experience in the development and maintenance of Quality Management Systems
  • Experience with regulators of pharmaceutical compounding (Medsafe/TGA)
  • Experience leading high-performance teams and developing staff
  • Experience working in sterile manufacturing
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
