Responsibilities:
- Organising, retrieval and distribution of medical records for our outpatients
- Sorting and filing medical records where applicable
- Maintaining the records registers
- Completing Audits of Medical Records
- Creating hard charts for clinics
- Ensuring patients details are checked and updated on a regular basis
- Providing refreshments for patients
- Stock ordering and receiving
- Providing chaperone services to support patients experience during their visit to our centre
- Support nursing and pharmacy processes through delivery of medicines between departments
- Provide simple observations and vitals for patients during their visit
- Manage patient appointments and scheduling
- Handle patient inquiries and provide appropriate assistance and information
- Experience in a similar role within the Healthcare industry.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate with clarity both verbally (face-to-face and telephone) and written.
- Ability to use computer systems – competence required in Word and Excel.
- Delivery of excellent client service (to internal and/or external clients).
- Working autonomously, with a focus on compliance, repetitive tasks.
