Aldo is a passionate and highly experienced healthcare professional who has world-class experience and success in leading global oncology programs, operations, and strategy and has a deep knowledge of the healthcare market. Having spent the last six years working in Oncology Executive Management across the UK, Spain and most recently the US, Aldo leads our European operations and strategic growth ensuring greater access for more patients to world-class evidenced based care close to home. With a background as a radiation therapist and medical dosimetrist, Aldo is a thought leader in the field, seeing operational excellence through a lens of high-quality care and clinical best practice delivered within a framework where patient experience, doctor add referrer engagement and employee satisfaction is of the highest priority.
In 2017 Aldo was awarded an Honorary Fellowship of the Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists for his work on contemporary funding and reimbursement models. He remains the only non-medical trained member of the College, an achievement rarely awarded.
Aldo joined the Icon team in November 2023 as Executive Manager – Strategic Growth, during this time he was fundamental in establishing our growth roadmap for the United Kingdom and has been instrumental in setting strong foundations in the region.
