Icon Group joins IQVIA Prime Site Network to Advance Clinical Research Excellence

This long-term alliance with IQVIA is designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and growth across a wide range of therapeutic areas, with a shared vision to enhance clinical trial performance and patient access to cutting-edge treatments. 

What this means for patient care

The Prime Site designation comes with increased visibility, strategic support, and a deeper alignment with IQVIA’s global research initiatives. A dedicated Prime Site Manager will work closely with our research team to: 

• Strengthen our relationship with IQVIA and streamline collaboration, 

• Deepen understanding of our processes to support operational excellence, and 

• Align on delivery strategies and shared goals for long-term growth. 

Executive Manager for Research, Sophie Mepham PhD said this evolves Icon’s research offering.

As a Prime Site, Icon will contribute to IQVIA-led clinical trials spanning multiple therapeutic areas. This collaboration will be supported by a governance committee focused on fostering innovation, ensuring strategic alignment, and overseeing key performance indicators.
