We’re pleased to announce the appointment of Anthony Reckin as Executive Manager, Regional Operations – ASEAN, a two-year secondment that will see him based in Singapore and reporting to Icon ASEAN CEO, Serena Wee.
Anthony’s appointment comes at a pivotal moment in Icon’s growth and continued maturity in the ASEAN region. From Icon’s flagship operations in Singapore to new sites in Malaysia and the commencement of cancer treatment services at Bali International Hospital in Indonesia, Icon’s presence in the region continues to expand. The ASEAN team has been working to deliver on a regional strategy aimed at bringing more care to more people across these three countries.
Anthony has a proven track record in managing complex portfolios and driving sustainable expansion, which will be invaluable in supporting Icon’s regional operations and ambitions.
Since joining Icon as State Manager for Queensland, Anthony has led the division through a period of significant growth – increasing the number of Queensland cancer centres from 11 to 19, building a capable management team, nurturing future leaders, and strengthening relationships with doctors. His ability to execute operational excellence while fostering a strong culture of collaboration positions him well for this new role.
