With more than 20 years’ experience working across public and private healthcare, startups, and multinational environments, Julie brings extensive executive leadership capability, supported by a strong track record of building innovative, patient centred services at scale.
Julie has held senior executive leadership roles across the healthcare sector, including serving as the Western Australia Health Department Representative for the Australian Organ and Tissue Authority, Director of Oceanic Medical Imaging, and Chair of the Accreditation Board for the Australian and New Zealand Society of Nuclear Medicine. Her career reflects a longstanding commitment to advancing molecular imaging, therapeutic innovation, and translational research.
A recognised leader in theranostics, Julie has established a global network of clinical and research sites delivering advanced molecular imaging and targeted therapies. She is committed to advancing evidence-based care and improving patient outcomes through clinical excellence.
Julie holds a Postgraduate Diploma of Medical Imaging Science from Curtin University, a Postgraduate Diploma of Business Management and a Master of Business Administration along with a Diploma in Project Management. She is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and has been recognised for her commitment to board‑level excellence and governance leadership.
