Siemens Healthineers’ recent acquisition of Varian Medical Systems adds new weight to the signing of this agreement, which extends on the announcement that Icon will be purchasing 30 Varian linear accelerators to meet the company’s global growth. The strength of Icon’s partnership with both Siemens and Varian will ensure some of the most underserved regions globally will be able to access the latest state-of-the-art technology to receive world-class cancer care.
