About the role:
We have exciting new opportunities available for current 2nd Year Pharmacy Students to join our Epic Pharmacy team at the Wesley Hospital, working casual shifts on weeknights (5pm-8pm), weekends and over holiday periods (7.30am – 5pm).
This is a great opportunity for students to gain exposure and valuable experience in a hospital pharmacy environment.
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be working with an experienced, professional team and will be responsible for the dispensing of inpatient and discharge medications, general pharmacy tasks, administration duties, and medication deliveries. About the person we’re going to hire:

Skills & Experience:
- Dispensing prescriptions
- Stock control
- Pharmacy claim and administration duties
- General pharmacy tasks
- Customer service
- Account payments
- Delivery of medication to wards
- Pharmacy and dispense experience
- Experience in FRED dispense is desirable
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail to meet high quality standards
- Good PBS Knowledge
- Be an active and dependable team player
- Ability to deal sensitively with client needs
- Proven numeracy skills
