This newly established service, which the Icon team is proudly part of, has seen collaborative partnerships built between the private cancer care sector, healthcare and government partners, non-government organisations and the local community to help patients access cancer care closer to home. These partnerships have led to more timely and seamless access to services for local cancer patients.

These awards are WA’s most well-recognised business leadership excellence awards, recognising and rewarding outstanding organisations across the corporate, government, community and not-for-profit sectors. Each winner receives $20,000 to donate to a charity they have nominated.

Leaders in Cyber Security – iTnews Benchmark Awards

Icon’s Director of Cyber Security and IT Risk, Marc Reinhardt has been recognised in the inaugural iTnews Benchmark Awards: Security as a Healthcare Security Leader finalist.

These awards celebrate Australian security leaders including CISOs and CSOs for their work in driving effective cyber programs. The 50 plus finalists are across end user Australian organisations including government, healthcare, financial services, retail, telecommunications, industrial, education, energy and the not-for-profit sectors.

The awards will be presented at a gala dinner and conference on the 16 October at the Shangri-La Hotel in Sydney.

Earlier this year, Marc was recognised at the Australian Cyber Security Awards, winning  the Cyber Security Professional of the Year category.
